Charlie was formerly a manager with Bain & Co., where he helped lead strategic engagements across the technology and aerospace industries as well as due diligence work in healthcare. Before earning his MBA from Columbia Business School, Charlie also spent several years in K-12 education as a school network leader and middle school math teacher through Teach For America.
